DELIVERY AREAS:
We proudly can cover and deliver to all locations in the UAE, KSA, BAHRAIN, OMAN, QATAR, KUWAIT, EGYPT, JORDAN, LEBANON & SYRIA via our courier partners.  ​

Orders production duration:
In UAE The Production and delivery time usually both take from 5-6 working days, while for other countries its 6-8 working day, considering Fridays and Saturdays are off.

Payment methods:
As well as the option to pay by debit or credit card using our secure gateway partner, PayTabs, you can also pay through PAYPAL. Please ensure that you are ready for the agreed courier delivery time slot. They will call or SMS you to organize a convenient delivery time.​

DELIVERY ADDRESS:
We can only ship to one address per order. To send products to multiple addresses, just place separate orders for each address.

For Unsatisfied clients:
Any chance clients are not delighted, please contact us through our channels, Mainly our clients love how their photo books and prints turnout. But in case of satisfaction please send us an email to info@photome.ae or send a whatsapp to 00971 56 548 0151 with details and photos to describe the issue, and we will make sure to do everything we can to assist you with your enquiry or complaint. We should ensure to deliver and print without any mistake, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement. Unfortunately as all orders are personalized, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is completed.
